1. Mode of Payment

At BrandScribe, we offer the following modes of payment for your convenience:
- Net Banking: Direct transfers to our specified bank account.
- Payment Interface (PI) Mode: Payments via UPI or other specified online payment
gateways.

​3. Invoicing and Receipts

Invoices: An invoice will be issued for each payment, detailing the services rendered
and the amount due.
Receipts: Upon receiving each payment, a receipt will be provided for your records.

5. Late Payments

​Grace Period: A grace period of 7 days is provided for the final payment.
Late Fee: A late fee of 5% per week will be applied to overdue payments beyond the
grace period.

2. Payment Terms

To ensure a smooth workflow and mutual trust, our payment terms are as follows:

- Initial Payment: A 50% advance payment is required upon finalizing the deal. This
payment secures your booking and initiates the project.
- Final Payment: The remaining 50% is due upon completion of the work. The final
deliverables will be handed over once the full payment is received.

​4. Revisions and Additional Charges

Revisions: We offer up to two rounds of revisions free of charge. Additional revisions
may incur extra charges, which will be communicated in advance.
Additional Services: Any services outside the agreed scope will be charged
separately, based on our standard rates.

6.Cancellation and Refund Policy

 Cancellation: If you wish to cancel the project after the initial payment, the advance
payment is non-refundable.
Refunds: Refunds for the final payment are not available once the work has been
completed and delivered.

8.Dispute Resolution

​In the event of any disputes, we encourage amicable resolution through direct
